Hello DATA Families,
Where did January go?! The start of the year has flown by and we are enjoying seeing and working with your children. We wanted to share some updates for the month of February.
Intervention Day
Intervention Day is this Monday the 6th. If your child needs to come in for extra support, you will receive an email from their teacher(s). Intervention Day runs from 8 to 12 and no lunch will be served that day. Driver’s ed runs from 3 to 4:30 as normal.
No School Tuesday the 7th
Tuesday, February 7th is staff professional development day. No school for students on this day.
Flag Football for Middle Schoolers
Today, February 3rd at 3:10 pm we will have a parent meeting for Middle School Flag Football. This will be a quick meeting giving an overview of the season, grade expectations, practice, and game information. If your child is interested in playing, please attend this meeting. This meeting will take place in the PE room with Ms. Buehler.
Roadrunner Food Bank
Roadrunner Food Bank donations will be here the 2nd week of every month, on Fridays from 2 to 3:30, until the end of the year. They will be here next Friday, February 10th. Our mobile food bank drive is free to you and your families. Pick-up is from 2 to 3:30 pm, here at DATA. We look forward to seeing you and your families.
Parent Conferences
Conferences with your child’s advisor are happening on Monday, February 13th. You should be receiving an email from advisors (if you haven’t already) to schedule these meetings!
Open House
Our Open House is Thursday, February 16th from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. This is an event for prospective students and their families. If you know anyone that would like to attend our school, please let them know to save the date!
Seniors!
Campus Specialties will deliver graduation announcements on Tuesday, March 7th, at 1:40 pm. Please ask your senior to be on campus to pick them up. Caps and gowns will be delivered on Tuesday, April 25th. Graduation is May 20th at noon. More details will be provided as we approach this date.
