DATA currently offers participation in a number of athletics for all genders. Here at DATA we comply with the New Mexico Athletics Association (NMAA) and participate in the ACSL (Albuquerque Charter School League). This means we still have eligibility requirements as outlined by the New Mexico Department of Education, but we compete against other charter schools and homeschools. We do not compete against APS schools except with our e-sports league.
