Hello DATA Community,
DATA has a tradition of providing Thanksgiving meals to our families in need. This year we would like to give grocery store gift cards to those families who would benefit from our community’s generosity.
DATA will reach out to those families in most need to provide gift cards to help them purchase their Thanksgiving meal. Therefore, we are asking if you are capable this year, please donate to our fund (any amount helps) so we can get gift cards to our families by Nov. 17th and 18th (next Thursday and Friday). We will prioritize our families in need based on information available to the school, however, PLEASE email (Ms. Myhre or Ms. Reeder) if you are in need of a gift card and we will get you written down. We are aiming to give out 30 or more gift cards before Thanksgiving.
How to donate:
Ms. Reeder has offered to facilitate the convenient electronic transfer of money. One hundred percent of the money you donate will go directly to buying gift cards for our needy families. DATA will also supplement as we are able.

You can also donate cash, checks (made out to Digital Arts and Technology Academy or DATA), and gift cards to the school by dropping them off during our regular hours (8:30 am – 3:30 pm). Please do not donate food as we cannot facilitate the dispersal of those donations this year.
Communities come together in times of need. Our wish at DATA is that all of our families will have a chance to enjoy this holiday season.
