Peer-2-Peer Helper Training Retreat

Peer-2-Peer Student Helpers will be attending an overnight retreat in Glorieta, NM. Sponsors joining them will be DATA teachers – Ms. Kate Buehler ([email protected]) and Mr. Serouj Bingham ([email protected]).

This interactive training includes:

• Positive Youth Development / Youth Leadership
• Youth Suicide & Health Education
• Peer Helping Skills & Self-Care
• Team Building
• All teams attending will gain knowledge and training materials so they can then facilitate an 8 hour training for the rest of their peer helper group.
• 1 night lodging (girls & boys have separate lodging) and 4 meals
