Mother's Day is a celebration honoring the mother of the family or individual, as well as motherhood, maternal bonds, and the influence of mothers in society. It is celebrated on different days in many parts of the world, most commonly in the months of March or May.

Memorial Day

Memorial Day is a federal holiday in the United States for mourning the U.S. military personnel who have died while serving in the United States armed forces. It is observed on the last Monday of May. From 1868 to 1970 it was observed on May 30. No school for students or staff

School Closed – Labor Day Weekend

The school is closed for Labor Day weekend. Labor Day is a United States federal holiday observed on the first Monday of September annually. The day celebrates the American labor movement and the contributions and achievements of the American worker. In the United States Labor Day is the three day weekend ending the summer season.

Indigenous Peoples’ Day – School Closed

There is no school for students or staff today in recognition of Indigenous Peoples' Day. Indigenous Peoples' Day recognizes the Indigenous communities that have lived in the Americas for thousands of years.

Thanksgiving Break – No School

Winter Break
